Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At Anitaku Apparel, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order or seek a refund. However, please note that cancellations and refunds are not possible once an order has been placed due to our store policy.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

Initiating a Return:

If you need to initiate a return, kindly contact our customer support team at returns@anitakuapparel.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.

Quality Check:

All returns will undergo a thorough quality check by our team upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline a return if the product:

  1. Shows signs of use.
  2. Is damaged.

Shipping the Return:

Once your return is authorized, you are responsible for shipping the product back to Anitaku Apparel. Please provide the tracking information to returns@anitakuapparel.com within the same email thread.

Processing Time:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the return within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Procedure:

Initiating an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at exchanges@anitakuapparel.com with your order ID, original size purchased, and the size you wish to exchange for. We will respond within 24 hours.

Quality Check:

Similar to returns, all exchanges will undergo a quality check by our team. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the product:

  1. Shows signs of use.
  2. Is damaged.

Shipping the Exchange:

If your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to Anitaku Apparel. Please provide the tracking information to exchanges@anitakuapparel.com within the same email thread.

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective product, kindly email us at ordersupport@anitakuapparel.com with your order details and accompanying images. We will respond promptly within 24 hours.

Exchange Limitations:

Please note the following limitations regarding exchanges:

  1. Exchanges are only permitted for the same product for size adjustment, and only once.
  2. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.

Store Credit:

In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited to your account as store credit. This credit can be used for your next purchase online or in our stores. You will receive a unique code via email.

Store Credit Validity:

Please be aware that store credit is valid for one month from the date of issue.
